VIBROSIFTER
Vibrosifter, also known as a vibro sieve or vibrating screen, is a mechanical device used to efficiently separate, sift, and grade materials based on their particle size. It consists of a vibrating motor that generates rapid oscillations, causing the material to move across the screen and be sorted into different size fractions. This equipment is commonly used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and other industries where accurate particle size separation is required for quality control or further processing of the materials. Vibrosifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material is separated based on its particle size. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size. Supplied to many pharmaceutical companies.
