Fixed-roof Tanks have a permanently attached, non-movable roof that does not change in height regardless of the liquid level inside. These tanks are suitable for storing low-vapor pressure liquids and are cost-effective compared to tanks with floating roofs.

External floating roof tanks are storage tanks equipped with a floating roof that rests on the liquid surface. These tanks are commonly used to store flammable or volatile liquids since the floating roof reduces the risk of flammable vapor accumulation.

Internal floating roof tanks are similar to external floating roof tanks, but in this case, the floating roof is located inside the tank, resting on the liquid surface. These tanks are particularly useful for storing volatile liquids with low flashpoints, as they provide superior vapor control and safety.
