Ethanol plants are designed to remove water blended with other compounds in various distilleries producing alcohol. Ethanol technology for beverage, fuel and industrial uses. Ethanol is produced from Sugarcane Juice, Sugar Cane Molasses, and bagasse.

Biodiesel, processed in a biodiesel manufacturing plant or biodiesel processing plant refers to the addition of a methyl /ethyl group to the aliphatic chains in vegetable oils or animal fats rendering them equivalent to the properties of diesel. Biodiesel is a biofuel produced from various feedstock’s including vegetable oils (such as oilseed, rapeseed and soya bean), animal fats or algae.

Fractionated coconut oil is made from regular coconut oil. Both standard and fractionated coconut oils contain medium-chain triglycerides that provide fatty acids.

Essential Oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. These oils are also used for cancer treatment, while some other has been used for the food preservations, aromatherapy, and in the perfumery industries. Oils like ginger oil, Germanium Oil, vegetable oil, lavender oil processing plant, etc.

Ethyl Acetate Production Plants are designed mixing acetic acid and ethyl alcohol in a balanced proportion through a preheater to a kettle reboiler for distillation purpose. These plants are used in various cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceuticals industries for processing and storage of various products.

Process for extracting nicotine is disclosed in which tobacco is exposed to an extracting solvent in either liquid or gaseous state at temperatures below about 100° C. and at high pressures.

An oil is extracted from the seed first using mechanical extraction (expeller press) followed by chemical extraction. It can be extracted from various oil seeds such as mustard, coconut, soybean, peanut, rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame, etc.

This oil is extracted through distillation fraction of pine leaves. Terpineol oil is a naturally occurring monoterpene alcohol. This is one of the bulk spices, produced more than thousand tons every year for wide use as flavoring agent and in personal care products such as soaps and synthetic detergents.

Cardanol is a natural phenol obtained from anacardic acid, the main component of cashew nutshell liquid (CNSL), a by-product of cashew nut processing being an eco-friendly substitute for phenols.

Cod-liver oil is a source of vitamins A and D. Cod-liver oil is a mixture of glycerides of many fatty acids, predominantly oleic acid, gadoleic acid, and palmitoleic acid. Both vitamin A and vitamin D toxicity can result from the consumption of large amounts of cod-liver oil.
