CENTRIFUGE

Centrifuge is a machine used in various industries to separate substances of different densities using centrifugal force. This separation allows the extraction of solids from liquids, purification of materials, and isolation of specific components. VSEL provide a wide range of centrifuges in the industries Chemicals, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals and Water Treatments. We provided GMP and Non-GMP models.

Types of Centrifuge are:

Basket centrifuge consists of a rotating perforated basket that holds the mixture to be separated. Basket centrifuges are commonly used in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical for solid-liquid separation processes.

Tubular bowl centrifuges have a long, cylindrical bowl with a narrow tube in the center. These centrifuges are used in applications like oil and fuel purification, as well as in the food and beverage industry for liquid-liquid separation.

Pusher centrifuges are continuous-operation machines used for separating crystalline solids from liquid. Pusher centrifuges find application in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Peeler centrifuge is a type of batch-operating machine used for solid-liquid separation. After centrifugation, the solids are scraped off the drum's surface by a peeling mechanism, and the separated liquid is collected.

Decanter centrifuges are horizontal, continuous-operation machines used for separating solid and liquid phases from a slurry. Decanter centrifuges are widely used in wastewater treatment, oil and gas industries, and food processing.
